RallyNation Media / Site information
PRIVACY NOTICE
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This notice covers the RallyNation Media informational website, business inquiries and appointment requests. It explains this informational site, not the separately configured digital media platform described in the brochure. There are no fan accounts, purchases, subscriptions, public uploads or streaming services on this site.
Information and purposes
- Browsing: your device sends an IP address, requested URL, browser information and similar connection data needed to deliver the site. Server software processes requests and may record technical information in operational or error logs for troubleshooting and security. The application does not create visitor profiles or enable request-access logs.
- Email inquiries: we receive your address, message and any information you choose to send, to respond and discuss your inquiry. Sending information is optional, but we need a way to reply. Please avoid identity documents, payment-card details and other sensitive material in an initial inquiry.
- Appointments: the founding-pilot buttons open a separate Google Calendar booking page. Details you submit there are processed by Google and shared with the appointment organizer to arrange the conversation. Opening the link alone does not book anything.
Cookies and third-party services
The application uses no cookies, local/session storage, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Logo, styles and optional music are served from this site. See the Cookie notice for the inventory and browser controls. Google Calendar is a link, not an embedded service. Google's privacy policy applies on its pages. Email delivery also uses email service providers. These providers process information as part of their services; this notice does not replace their notices.
Processing, choices and safeguards
Processing must have a lawful basis where applicable law requires one. Reading this notice, browsing or sending an inquiry is not blanket consent to unrelated processing or marketing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can ask us to explain the basis for handling your information or object where applicable law allows.
This website has no sale-of-data, targeted-advertising or cross-context advertising-sharing integration and makes no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. It does not request sensitive data. You can ask us to stop promotional follow-up by emailing the contact below. Administrative replies needed to address your request are separate.
Recipients, storage and international handling
Information may be handled by the people responding to your inquiry and providers delivering the website, email or booking service. Technical processing and correspondence may involve the USA and the countries in which those providers operate. This notice does not treat a cross-border inquiry as consent to an international transfer, or assert that a particular transfer certification or safeguard is in place. Contact us for information about handling of your specific inquiry.
How long a record is needed depends on its purpose: responding to an inquiry, arranging or following up on a discussion, troubleshooting, and any applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. A deletion request may be limited by an ongoing matter or legal requirement. There is no single promised retention period for all records. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information.
Requesting access, correction or deletion
Contact [email protected] or the primary postal address below. Explain your request and the email address or interaction it concerns. You do not need an account. We may need proportionate information to verify identity or an authorized representative's authority before disclosing personal data; do not send identity documents unless a suitable process is agreed. Requests are subject to the rights, exceptions and response periods in applicable law. If a request cannot be fulfilled, you may ask for the reason and a review or appeal where available. Exercising a protected right does not waive other rights.
Rights for international visitors
The rights below apply where the relevant law covers the processing; visiting this site alone does not determine that every regime applies. Legal rights and remedies are not limited by this summary.
- EEA and UK: rights may include information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and protections concerning solely automated significant decisions. You may complain to your competent data protection authority; UK visitors can contact the ICO. EEA guidance is available from the EDPB.
- United States: applicable state laws may provide access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-outs for sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling, limits on sensitive-data use, authorized-agent requests, non-discrimination and appeals. The current application has no such advertising or sale integrations to opt out of. A Global Privacy Control signal is not used to enable tracking; no optional tracking is enabled regardless of the signal. See California's privacy guidance or your state regulator for applicable rights.
- Philippines: rights may include information, access, objection, correction, erasure or blocking, portability and remedies for violations. Complaints may be raised with the National Privacy Commission. The planned mailing location below does not establish a Philippine office or privacy representative.
- Canada: applicable federal or provincial law may provide access, correction, consent-related choices and the ability to challenge handling of personal information. You may contact the relevant provincial regulator or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
- Australia: where the Privacy Act applies, rights may include access, correction and privacy complaints. See the OAIC.
- Brazil: where the LGPD applies, rights may include confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data, portability, information about sharing and consent choices, and review of automated decisions. You may contact Brazil's ANPD.
You may contact a competent regulator directly; this notice does not require you to exhaust our process before exercising a legal right. Visitors elsewhere retain applicable local rights.
Children, future services and updates
The site is intended for business and promotion inquiries, not for children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us. Future fan, payment or streaming services will require their own relevant notices and terms. Changes to this notice are dated here; a revised notice does not itself authorize a new use of your information.

For privacy requests, concerns about these terms or general inquiries, email [email protected]. Please use the USA address for formal postal correspondence.
